Why we built it

Many small teams hire a handful of part-time staff. Every month the same names, birth dates and wages get typed into the CPF portal again, and one wrong figure means a rejected file or a payment that does not match.

Official rates

Contributions follow the CPF Board's published rate tables, by age, residency and wage.

Tested against CPF

Automated tests cover the CPF maths and the file format, including the Board's own sample file.

Checked before you download

The review page flags anything that looks wrong, and nothing downloads until the totals match.

What we hold to

Private by design

NRIC and FIN numbers are encrypted before they are saved, and each business's data is kept separate from every other.

Simple on purpose
